Access to Services
Immediate Access
Upon successful registration and payment verification, customers receive immediate access to their Gigrove account and can begin using our e-commerce builder platform. Access credentials and setup instructions are sent to the email address provided during registration within minutes of account activation.
Service Activation Timeline
- Standard Plans: Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation
- Custom/Enterprise Plans: Onboarding begins within 1-2 business days, with full access provided within 3-5 business days depending on customization requirements
- Additional Features/Add-ons: Activated within 24 hours of purchase

- Sufficient technical infrastructure to operate an online store
Delays in Service Delivery
In rare circumstances, service delivery may be delayed due to:
- Payment verification processes (typically resolved within 24-48 hours)
- Technical issues (communicated immediately with estimated resolution time)
- Security reviews for high-risk transactions (we will contact you directly)
Customers will be notified immediately of any delays and provided with expected resolution timelines.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, customers must:

Changes to Services
