We are aware that when it comes to families, the axiom of “family first” rings true to many of you. In this text, we try to teach that there is no family first if you are not placing yourself and your well-being as priority. The equivalent analogy could be found in the event of a plane crash. You are instructed to put your own mask on before you see about placing an oxygen mask on to other family members.
