At times, we want to enable custom domain mapping via subdomain, for an example “store” extension – e.g. “store.mydomain.com”. To do this, please follow the instructions below.

Custom domain setup instructions:

Once you have purchased your domain, you need to go to the DNS settings at your domain provider’s domain dashboard and set the following DNS record:

Type: A record.

Name: store

Value: 18.169.191.198

Once you set this up, please submit the form on the “Custom Domain” page.

Please note, once you submit a form, it will take up to 24 hours for your store to be visible on your “store.mydomain.com” custom domain extension. You will be notified to your email when the store becomes reachable via your custom domain.
