Legal action
The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by GigRove, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of website or the related services.
The User declares to be aware that GigRove may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.
If Users commits any violation against third person using GigRove , GigRove will not be involved in any legal actions between users and third persons. However, if User commits violation against GigRove or other users, he will be responsible for ALL costs regarding legal actions including hotel, transport, court’s expenses, etc. for the representation of GigRove.
