Each storefront on Gigrove comes with a dedicated customer portal – from where your customers can track their orders, manage billing information, and more.
Customer Dashboard consists of customer profile data, order history, top ordered items, billing and delivery addresses, support ticketing system, subscription management, booking management, VAT management and more.
Your customers can optionally create an account on the Checkout page – and then use the registered credentials to log in at the “Customer Dashboard” page in your storefront:
Once the customer has been logged in, they are able to manage account information, track orders and manage order-related options:
