Where is your Datacenter located? Are you GDPR compliant?

Our datacenter is located in the UK & US.  Yes, we are GDPR compliant.

What are your Server specification for hosting platform?

We use Dell Servers and Samsung SSDs for our platform. Each Dell web server has two Intel Xeon Scalable 12-core processors with hyper-threading. This gives 48 logical cores per machine. These have access to plenty of fast memory: 64 GB 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM each. 

Do you offer support for migration from other hosting.

Yes, we have a handy migration tool built-in and can easily migrate you over from an existing hosting provider.

What is Support Model?

We have SLA-24h, so you can absolutely expect support on a daily basis.

Do you provide any automatic backup for websites?

We have a free manual backup tool included, which creates a zip file of your files and
databases. If you need automatic daily backups, backing up your files, databases, and mailboxes, this can be purchased as an add-on service for a nominal fee.

What are the memory limits (ram)? How high can php max limits be set?

PHP memory can be set up to 2048MB and there is no specific ram limit as our system
autoscales.

Do we need to change DNS to you to get the free SSL Certificates?

Yes, and it’s also recommended beyond the SSL certificate requirement, as we use google’s DNS which is blazing fast.

Can we disable cache, optimation and CDN and use our own (like EWWW) if we want. If Yes, than for each account/project?

Yes, you can deactivate the cache, CDN, and optimizations, for each package. You can take a look at the control panel demo to see what those options would look like. At the top, simply click on Edge Caching or Web Optimization under the CDN section and you’ll see the settings.
