From Glory to Glory encourages scriptural/communal prayer as a path not only to personal holiness but to helping the community achieve its mission of reaching out to others. It offers abundant practical advice about starting a prayer group based on biblical readings and provocative discussion questions. Texts are selected from the Gospel of John and the Letters of Paul.
Author of fourteen books and countless articles, Rea McDonnell, SSND, holds a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from Boston University. Since 1975, she has been engaged in graduate programs for the spiritual and ministerial formation of laity, priests and religious. Currently she serves as a spiritual director in Silver Spring, MD.
