Once scope of works is agreed and signed, along with 10% deposit received, a 14 day cooling off period begins. Once cooling off period completes, 70% of total invoice is required to commence preparation of works and 20% at completion
Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel the services within the cooling off period, this is possible. The 10% deposit covers time and materials, therefore non refundable.
