Refund Policy
Lost Orders
For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement. Please provide your Name, and order number along with the tracking info.
- Please check the address before submitting your order, We will not be held liable for the wrong address, Rejected by the Recipient, and or Unclaimed shipment If the customer is not able to receive their order at the address provided.Â
- Shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick-up point.Â
- Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to Digital Toyboxx LTD. For these cases, please place a new order and contact us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be applied to the reorder or new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).Â
Missing ProductsÂ
If you receive your order and it is missing items, Contact us with missing products and we will quickly ship you out all missing products.
Incorrect ItemÂ
If you receive your order and you were shipped the wrong item, just contact us with the order number and a picture of the product you were shipped, and we will get the correct item to you ASAP, no need to send the wrong item back, look at it as a gift for the mistake.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products,Â
For Open-end prints We do not require damaged items to be returned, however, we ask that you provide photos of the damage so that our shipping department can handle the claim process with our carrier. We'll be happy to send a replacement
For close-end, and or limited, special edition prints ( this includes apparel, wall art, and or lifestyle art pieces ). All products must be returned in original, and resealable condition before replacement will be sent.
Note: Closed-end items may only be available for replacement depending on availability.
If unavailable we will substitute for an item or items of equal value, o issue a store credit.
Refunds
We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you are happy with your order. If that's not possible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, you have 30 days to issue a refund.
To receive a full refund, All products must be shipped back in original, resealable condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges for all returns will be paid by the customer. Returns are accepted for either store credit of the full order value including shipping.
