Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping costs will be charger at $5 dollar per trips but that do not include return products and also depend on situation like covid-19 which need third party to do the delivery. We deliver goods only on Saturday and Sunday between 10 am - 8 pm. When your parcel is sent out, you will get the information via email if provided. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until all information are verified by the buyer.
Refund Policy
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Deyao Fengshui will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 after the confirmation. Shipment cost will be absorb by buyer.
