Users are described as hosts (help seekers) and travelers (helpers).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. If you are registering from European Union, you must give your current address. Every payment that is captured FROM European Union, MUST have a valid address from the European Union.

Acceptable use

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to this website without our express written consent.

You must not use this website to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.

Access

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

You must not submit any user content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon this website.

If you select Monthly Plan (package Ocassional Traveler), we will bill you on the first date of the next month. However, if you arrange a stay with local host, we will also bill you the same amount. Please refer to our plans and pricing policy to learn more.

Exchange

GigRove is a platform where hosts (help seekers) and travelers (helpers) connect in order to exchange their services. Hosts (help seekers) are providing a place to stay (on short term basis) at their home, while travelers are providing a help that hosts need. Travelers get a place to stay and hosts get the job done.

Hosts and travelers are solely responsible for any agreement on the exchange and for any customization of the exchange’s agreement.

Monitoring Listing Submissions

Although we are doing our best to track down the scams, fake profiles and fake listings, we are not reliable for any loss and damage to any user or a third party caused by the users of this website. You agree that you are only, fully responsible for any outcomes that can come out of using this website.

Accuracy Of Information

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. GigRove makes no representations or warranties in relation to the users of this website or the information and materials provided by the users.

We do not have direct control of what users publish, therefor, some information on this website may not be complete, true, accurate or non-misleading and those user’s publishing do not represent GigRove.

However, we are doing our best to provide safe environment for both travelers and hosts.

Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. If you require advice in relation to any legal, financial or medical matter you should consult an appropriate professional.

Relation Of Travelers with Hosts

If you, a traveler, got connected with a help seeker and arranged a stay at help seeker’s place, but you fail to show up without any notice to the host, your account will be suspended. Please, be fair and contact your host on time to let him/her know that you are not able to arrive.

You are responsible to provide services that you confirmed during negotiation with the host.

You are responsible to show identification in the form of passport or an ID, the the host, if host requires that.

Relation of Hosts with Travelers

If you, a host (help seeker), got connected with a traveler and arranged a stay at your place, you are responsible to provide a traveler what has been previously negotiated with him/her (before the confirmation of arrangement). If you fail to provide what has been negotiated, without reasonable excuse, your account will be suspended.

Reports

Although GigRove is not responsible for the relations and outcomes that could happen between hosts and travelers,  both hosts and travelers are able to send an electronic report to GigRove considering the abuse of previously negotiated arrangement. If criminal act happened, please report it to the local police. Remember that you are using GigRove on your own responsibility.

We have the right, when we have enough evidence, to terminate user’s access to the website if we think that the user was misleading.

GigRove cannot be held responsible for any acts or actions that occur between any member (host or helper) or any third party including any associate of a Host or Helper.

Hosts And Travelers Reviews

After finishing the exchange, both travelers and hosts are able to post a review at the traveler’s profile or at host’s listing. This will help future hosts and travelers when making an arrangement. Reviews should be honest, not containing inappropriate and offensive language. We may deserve the right to edit reviews if we find inappropriate language.

We are not responsible for the reviews, as they are completely, in maximum freedom, written by the users.

 

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify and undertake to keep GigRove indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses) that could come from using this website.

 

Memberships

When the users register on our website, they have the options to submit their listings, to connect with travelers or to contact owners of the listings.

Any misuse of the website, such as providing fake information, allowing somebody else to use account, or using website to promote causes that are in no relation to the exchanges will be prosecuted by GigRove.

Users have the option to select their subscription package, based on the personal preferences.

 

Visas (For Travelers)

Before going to a trip please check if you need a visa in order to visit the intended country. GigRove and hosts are not able to assist you with any issue regarding visas and we are not responsible for any outcomes that could happen on this issue.

Traveler’s Assistance And Host’s Hospitality

Based on their own judgment, travelers and hosts are deciding what selection to make when selecting a host (help seeker) or a traveler (helper) and they are solely responsible for making an agreement. Both travelers and hosts have the freedom to cancel their service during the exchange, but, it is highly recommended to finish the agreement.

If the traveler is not satisfied with host’s hospitality he should publish the review under the host’s listing stating why he was unsatisfied with host’s hospitality.

If the host is not satisfied with traveler’s assistance he should publish the review and the traveler’s profile stating why he was unsatisfied with traveler’s assistance.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
