Description
Teff was one of the earliest foods domesticated by the Ethiopian people between 8000 and 5000 BC so is considered an ancient grain. It was coveted by ancient Ethiopians. This is probably because it is a rich source of nutrition and one 90g serving is a source of Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Copper, and Manganese and also a great source of iron and an excellent source of fibre.
Brown Teff is a great source of iron and an excellent source of fiber. All our Teff flours are imported from Ethiopia and milled here in our West London warehouse.
