Because every item is hand printed, most items ship priority M-F. And you should expect three days to receive. That said, I will email you as your order is shipped out with tracking info.
Refund Policy
Because every item is hand printed, there are no general refunds. But exchanges for size or defects may be allowed. Please ask before ordering if you have any concerns.

Once the printing starts, there are no cancellations. Exchanges might be allowed for size - but please check once you have your order. As a general rule, there are no refunds. However, I want happy customers, so please email me and I'll see what can be done. But ... with custom printing, there are no implied cancellations, returns or exchanges.
