Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
The customer has 15 days to ask for a full refund. The item or items should be in its original state as received with the labels and/or packaging materials. If the item is NOT in its original state, the customer will be charged 15% of the total item fee, 85% of the fee will be returned. However, if the item or items are returned in its original state then the customer will get the entire 100% back. We will send a return label for shipping. The return window is 1 week after the labels are printed and sent to the customer via email. If the customer fails to return the items within that 1 week, their labels will expire and they have to contact the support department at superganeshabags@gmail.com or call us at (951)901-8611for re-issuing the labels.
After 15 days, the customer will NOT be able to return the item or items purchased. This policy is only valid for the customers based out of United States.
Refund is issued to customers under the following circumstances:
1> Item or items who's chain or zipper is broken during the 15 days of purchase.(Quality Issue)
2> Item of items who's embroidery has been damaged right after receiving and opening the package.(Quality Issue)
3> Item or items received which are broken from warehouse and NOT during shipping.(Quality Issue)
4> If item or items were wrongly ordered and needs to be returned then the customer will pay for return shipping in that case.
Please Note:
1> We will not be responsible for any thefts for packages left outside your door or in your mailbox.
2> We will not be responsible for products being damaged during washing for not following our special washing instructions.
3> We will not be responsible for any damages occurred during shipping.
4> We will not be responsible if you exceed the weight in your fashion bags, crossbody bags or any other bags or clutches and if the strap breaks.

Cancellation Policy:
The customer can cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order. The order is fulfilled within 24 hours of ordering. The order can be cancelled during fulfillment. If the order is already shipped, the customer won't be able to cancel it, however, the customer will have to return the item once they receive it. The return window is 1 week. We will be sending a return label in this case and the customer will be charged for RETURN shipping. Please make sure the item or items are in its original form with labels and any other materials when shipping back, otherwise the customer will be charged a fee of 15% of the entire order (excluding any taxes and/or shipping) and 85% will be returned back. If the item or items returned is in the original condition then the customer will receive their 100% back.
The money will be released after the product has been shipped from the customer's address, received and inspected by one of our employees in our warehouse. From the inspection time, it takes 7 to 14 business days for the money to be credited in your bank account (depending on your bank).
Return Policy:
The customer is able to return their item or items purchased within 15 days of purchasing. We will NOT charge for shipping if the item was found defective from warehouse or from quality check perspective. However we WILL charge for return shipping if the item or items were purchased wrongly or by mistake or has user error.

Any coupons or promo code used while the initial purchase might NOT be carried forward to the next order automatically. The promo code is depended on the validity of the code itself.
