Please provide every piece of information needed when asked for requirements (I.e. lettering/typography style, file format, color, dimension/size in pixels or inches, the file format you need, etc.)
Refund Policy
The deposit payment specified in your order is non-refundable. However, you can send me a letter of request for a refund but this may be a case-to-case basis where AM Art is liable for the non-fulfillment orders.
