Humboldt Art Dept does not collect, store, amass, nor sell any of your information such as payment type, payment numbers, email addresses, names, shipping addresses, or otherwise. Any information such as this is used solely for the purpose of selling and shipping merchandise. Payments are handled solely through PayPal or Stripe and payment information is not seen.
Shipping is free except as noted (typically more oversized items) and items are shipped within 1-2 business days via the postal service from Chicago, Illinois. Â The Shop currently ships in the US only.Â
Refund Policy
Every effort has been made to properly depict the items for sale. Please note our best has been done to accurately display colors; variations in screens to reality may occur for which we are not responsible.
Items are either handmade or a curated treasure. Every item one of a kind. If something is inoperable or damaged as a direct result of shipping, please contact us via humboldtartdept (at) gmail (dot) com to remedy the issue, otherwise all items are sold as-is and are not returnable.
