SHORTAGES AND DISCREPANCIES
If your order arrives with some obvious flaws, please contact customer service right away. All anomalies, shortages, defective merchandise, and return requests must be sent within 30 days of your order's arrival date. After 30 days from the date of your order's arrival, no claims for reimbursement or remediation will be considered. support: gofoxiworld@gmail.com
Returns must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and only the unused part of the product will be refunded.
We are unable to accommodate product exchange demands, and we are unable to grant store credits redeemable at our Mercantile.
Products that have been combined or blended with other ingredients are not returnable. There will be a refund.
Essential oils, bitters, herbal extracts, and Fire Ciders in 8oz and larger sizes are not returnable. To be eligible for a refund, the tamper obvious protection seal must remain intact (in these sizes only).
Mountain Rose Herbs will not be held liable for any harm or loss of products that are re-shipped to a different location than the original shipping address given on the order.
Please do not return goods that do not meet the above-mentioned return requirements, as we would not be able to grant refunds or return the items to you if you do.

Unless there is a mistake on our part, we are not liable for any shipping costs associated with returning goods. The cost of the original shipment is non-refundable. Returns that meet the criteria will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account. We will issue a refund in the form of a company check 30 days after your invoice date if you paid for your order with a check or money order.
