Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal services from Circle City Scoopers. Terms of Service (Revised 10/4/2022) Circle City Scoopers, LLC is an independently owned and operated business ("us", "we" or "our") that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. You agree to the following terms of service ("Terms") that govern the sale and services provided by us ("Services").  By accepting the Services you hire us for you, you are bound to these Terms. Dog Waste Removal Services Circle City Scoopers, LLC offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of an acre. Larger areas or unique setups may incur an additional charge. Accessing Your Yard The Customer understands that if we are unable to access the area needing cleaning due to a locked/blocked/frozen gate or if dogs are still in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. We suggests adding a combination lock to your gate and securely sharing the combination to be stored on file with us to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customers bill. Weather Circle City Scoopers, LLC will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow or ice. Circle City Scoopers, LLC is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skpi service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all the waste that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out. Holidays Circle City Scoopers, LLC does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. If you pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the waste from the week prior. Billing Circle City Scoopers, LLC pre-bills monthly for our services unless you've selected a One Time Cleaning service. Your account will be charged on or about the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for a period of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more than 30 days late we will turn your account over to collections. Leaves, Debris and Tall Grass We will always do our best to clean your yard to the best of our ability. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves and other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed provided yard maintenance was completed. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible. Additional Fees We have items and services that we charge extra for including:

• Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks and other hard surface ($5/visit)
• Come Back requests ($5/visit)
• Cleaning Rocks/Pebbled Areas ($3/visit)
• Waiting -- If you make us wait to perform your cleaning. ($5/visit)
• Late payment fee - $10 added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Bill becomes late on the 3rd of each month.

Privacy Policy We may collect personal information from you on our sites or through any other digital or personal communications with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you, the Customer, and may include information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and physical address. Our site may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet's behavior. We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our Customers for a variety of purposes related to our business, your information is for Circle City Scoopers use only. We will never sell your information. We may provide Customer information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our system. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law. Revisions Circle City Scoopers, LLC provides the above Services to you subject the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you visit the site to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
