Due Date

The payment due date is on the invoice. We have a general policy of 14 days. This means the payment is due within 14 days of receipt.

Late Fees

We understand things happen. However, if late payments become a pattern (are repeated several times) a late fee of 2% will incur beginning after the due date. If the invoice is not paid within 6 months then the late fee will increase to 10%.

Payment Methods

We offer flexible payment methods. If you don't see your preferred method of payment on the invoice, contact us and we can work together.

Refund Policy

Service hours can be refunded if no work has been done. Refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase. If no work has been done then a refund will be issued. Otherwise, we round up by the quarterly hour. This means we charge minimum 15 minutes for each service hour. If we work 20 minutes the hour is rounded up to 30 minutes. A partial refund can be refunded in this case.
