All products and services provided are property of Website Hero LLC and it's chosen third party distributors. By using these products or services you agree to the terms of use.
There shall be no websites allowed using content that is defamatory, pornographic, gambling, bullying, phishing, malware, or other illegal activity on our platform or hosting servers. We reserve the right to deactivate or cancel services to any client found with any of these on their website.

At Website Hero, we choose to utilize products which abide by the standards set forth by the GDPR. We will never sell or share your personal information. Our use and processing of any personal info is strictly for the purposes with which the user has agreed. This may be for contacting a winner in a giveaway, for connecting with clients via email or phone, or to ship a product their physical address in the rare case we choose to sell physical items. Any and all personal information is only seen by the owner and a small team of staff involving hired professionals working on the websites, video marketing or content creation for products ordered.

Refund Policy
All products and services are digital in nature and therefore are considered non-refundable once purchased. Digital prints, downloads and other such digital products cannot be returned, however we do strive to do our best with all our products and services and aim to please our customers. If for some reason, there is an error or discrepancy with your purchase, please reach out to us and help us know how to assist you better. Contact websiteherollc@gmail.com.
In the case of custom website design, the client has the opportunity to receive up to 3 major edits before the final product is delivered. This should be ample time to make the necessary adjustments as long as the client is following the directions of the designer and providing the important details such as any personal images required, logos, hex color numbers, font styles and other pertinent information needed to complete the tasks at hand in designing the site. Otherwise, the site will be designed completely per the style and imagination of the designer to suit the niche and interests of the customer to the best of his/her ability. In this case, any additional edits required beyond the 3 included in a custom website design will be available on a per case basis and charged a small fee per additional edits session. If there is a gross miscommunication, then the client shall be given a free edits session to compensate for any misunderstanding.
All custom digital products are non-refundable for both time and product. Please be sure to ask questions before purchasing if you are unsure of the final presentation. We do our best to offer high quality digital products and services and believe our customers will be more than pleased with the final outcomes on any customized orders.
