The About page of your store is an essential source of information for all who want to know more about your business.

About page is where you showcase your history, what is unique about your work, your company’s values, and who you serve. This written content, and visual or video elements together tell an important story about who you are and why you do it.

You can edit About page from the “Shop Settings” page:

 

 

The content saved here, will reflect in the storefront, at the “About” page tab:

Adding store policies

Your storefronts also supports the ability to add following policies for your customers:

-Terms of Service

-Privacy policy

-Impressum

Customers need consistent store policies to guide them on their roles and responsibilities, as well as the store’s overarching business principles, ethics and beliefs — for compliance reasons and to ensure a healthy relationship with the customer. Written policies and procedures also help protect your company from potential legal action.

To change your store policies, please visit “Shop Settings” -> Store Policies tab:

After you are done editing your store policies, click on “Save”, to save your settings.

The changes will reflect at the storefront, at the Policy tab:
